Private Dining

Hardware grill has a private reception / conference room. Ideal for corporate training, brainstorming sessions, and audio-visual presentations, this room is adaptable to classroom or boardroom set-ups and seats 12-45 people. This room can also accommodate up to 60 people for a stand-up reception. All meals are served in the comfort of our main dining room. A package is available for your consideration. These menus are based on our current restaurant selections and can be adapted to suit your needs.

We are happy to arrange for audio-visual equipment if you require it for your function. The charges for this will be based on your needs and added to your final bill. Other special arrangements such as floral arrangements, place cards, etc can be made upon your request. Personalized printed menus are complimentary. This facility can be booked on a half-day, daily or weekly basis.

Our Red Wine Cellar Dining Room is also available for dinners of 8 to 12 guests. It is a beautiful room surrounded by some of the finest wines in the world. It is a totally private, first class dining room with your own private waiter and Reidel glassware. It is also an ideal boardroom setting for private meetings. The room is available for dinner with prix fixe menus. These can be customized and paired with wines if you wish.

	How many people do the Wine Cellar Dining Room and Conference Room accommodate?
	The Wine Cellar Dining Room is an exclusive private dining room that will seat 8 to 12 guests. It is ideal for small celebrations, partners meetings and the ultimate food and wine pairing experiences. Menus are price fixed and your choice of 3, 4 or 5 courses. We can also customize a menu for your event. The Conference Room will accommodate 45 guests for a meeting or presentation and 75 people for a stand up reception. Meals are not served in the Conference Room, however we do serve hors d’oeuvres. For Dinner, your event will be served in the main dining room following your presentation or meeting.

	If my guest count increases or decreases on the day of my function, how will I be billed?
	You will be billed for the guaranteed number given or attendance, whichever is greater.

	How are menus created for my function?
	All menus for group functions are pre-set condensed menus. That means that you will select one of the menus which will give your guests choices for each course on the event date. These menus are based on current restaurant selections.

	Do you supply audio-visual equipment?
	Hardware grill does not own audio-visual equipment. We would be happy to arrange to have equipment rented in for your function. The charges will be based on your needs and added to your final bill.

	What items do we need to supply? What items will hardware grill supply?
	If designated seating is required, please supply your own place cards. Hardware grill will print personalized menus for your group. We can also arrange for floral arrangements if desired.

	How far in advance do we need to book?
	Hardware Grill accepts reservations two months to the date in advance. They are then taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Our reservationists can be contacted at 780-423-0969 from 10 am to 10 pm Monday through Friday, and 2 pm to 10 pm on Saturdays.

	How are payments made?
	We request a deposit of $200 to hold the room. The balance can be paid by credit card, debit card or cash.

	Is there parking available?
	There is street parking on 97th street and on both sides of Jasper avenue, two city lots behind the restaurant and underground parking across the street in Canada Place.

	What is the exact address that I should use for my invitations?

	Is there a dress code?
	We do not allow hats of any kind or athletic attire. Most of our guests dress smart casual to business attire.
